DELIVERING INTEGRATED TREATMENT PLANS
Following assessment and determination of the problem, treatment is organized on a “just in time” basis where ever the employee works or lives.
RCM505 reviews the employee’s current benefit plan and maximizes services which have already been contracted.
The team and the employee’s case manager is responsible for the selection, budgeting and delivery of services. The team assists in accessing peer programmes, advocates for access to public sector services and assists in entering culturally appropriate treatment programs.
